Everything's Great!
Doing customer service work usually means
you only hear from people
when everything is going terribly wrong.
One day this week,
I had this idea
that we should communicate more
when things are fine
and we are happy and grateful
for the partnerships.
About...10 minutes after I had that thought,
I sat back down at my desk
and had a complaint call regarding the partnership
of which I was just thinking.
Because of course I did.
